The 18th edition of the FIFA Club World Cup will be held in early 2022 in the United Arab Emirates. Tournament to feature top club of each confederation and host country UAE.
John Terry will help conduct the draw for the Club World Cupalongside FIFA Director of Tournaments Jaime Yarza and host Samantha Johnson.
Draw will takes place at 4pm on Monday. Live on FIFA TV and Chelsea will join in at the Semi-Final phase. Dates expected to be announced as well.
Seven teams are confirmed to be Al Hilal of Saudi Arabia, Mexican giants CF Monterrey, New Zealand’s Auckland City, European champions Chelsea, and the winner of the Copa Libertadores final between Flamengo and Palmeiras.
The tournament is set to take place in early 2022 after original host nation. Likely to face a Brazil side in the final and Chelsea are likely to play Al Hilal or Monterrey. The schedule of matches will be announced after the draw.
