More Troubles At Chelsea As Player Turns Down New Five Year Deal As He Places His Demands To Blues

As Chelsea prepare to face Watford at the Vicarage Road, the blues boss is in tight situation over some of his players contract situations. As per the Daily Mail the Denmark International Christensen has been in talks with the club over new deal.

And as per the current situation he has failed to sign a five year deal he has been handed by Chelsea. That has come with consequences of being dropped lately from the starting eleven by Tuchel.

Said Tuchel, " My understanding weeks ago was that Andreas wants the same as me and the club but we have been waiting a long time for confirmation. How he acts on the pitch, he needs to act now off the pitch and walk the talk." Concluded the Germany tactician.

The 25 year old has been left out of the manager's back three defensive setup for the last three games for the blues. This comes after it was reported that the player representatives made a return to the club asking for a reduced period of the contract to three years.

Something which stunned the club chiefs and hence the current standoff between the two parties. As the players current deal expires at the end of the season. He may be eligible for a pre-contract agreement with any foreign clubs in January window.
