Manchester United Completes Second Summer Transfer, Latest on Frankie De Jong and Anthony

Manchester United is one of the teams that are expecting a strong rebuild next season after their struggle that saw them finish sixth in the league last season to qualify for the Europa league competition. With the club appointing Eric Ten Hag as the permanent manager following the sacking of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, several transfer ins and outs are now expected to take place ahead of next season.

The red devils therefore completed their first summer transfer of Serbia International Nemanja Matic to AS Roma few weeks. France midfielder Paul Pogba has also completed his summer move to Juventus on a free transfer after six years with the club. The star player has agreed on terms with the club and the deal is set to be signed after completing his medicals.

Dutch manager Eric Ten Hag is however working to bring his old boys Jurrien Timber, Anthony and Frankie De Jong to Old Trafford as their perfect replacements this summer. United agents flew to Netherlands previously to work on Anthony deal and also submitted their bid to Barcelona over De Jong deal.
