Robbers Break Into Manchester United Star's Mansion

Football players are paid good money from salaries to partnership with sports companies like adidas, making them preys for gangsters and robbers who will do anything to get what these players have in possession.

During an away match between Manchester United and Aston Villa, Jesse Lingard's £3 million mansion was broken into by robbers and stole precious items worth more than £100,000.

No one was at home at that time, based on what he earns the items stolen are replaceable, but it was very invasive for him to have someone break into his house, especially since he is a father.

This incident comes four days before his fellow teammate Lindelof's place was raided while they were playing Brentford. According to the club, all players have been offered a reassessment of their security as well as further help.

Lingard was upset after he found out he was targeted and decided to put the house up for sale.
