Kante's United Move unlikely to occur this Summer as Tuchel unwilling to accept the idea

Manchester United are looking to bolster their squad this summer under new manager Erick ten Hag. The Red Devils want to compete for the title with the likes of Liverpool, Manchester City, and Chelsea, and a rejuvenated squad would be crucial.

They have identified Ngolo Kante, Chelsea's talisman, as a target man to strengthen their underperforming midfield. Ngolo Kante's contract expires in a year, and sources expect him to be available for a bargain.

However, Thomas Tuchel appears to be opposed to the idea of selling his star man this summer. The German tactician has high hopes for the French sensation.

Tuchel on Kante: “Our most important player is Kante. He's our Kevin De Bruyne, Virgil van Dijk, Kylian Mbappé, or Mohamed Salah. He is our game changer, and when he plays, you can tell.”

Kante has established himself as a key figure in Chelsea's success since joining from Leicester in 2015. He was recently named the 2021 Footballer with the Best Reputation by the World Sports Organization. With the club's trust and backing, it will be difficult for Kante to let his fans down with a move to a rival club.
