When Belgium players Eden Hazard and Thibout Courtois left London club Chelsea for Spanish giants Real Madrid, everyone concluded that they had made a bad decesion.
This statements became even more clear last year after Chelsea beat Madrid in the semi finals and ended up winning the champions league title.Fast forward to yesterday during the champions league final between Madrid and Liverpool, the two finally proved they made the right decision in leaving the blues.Thibout Courtois was incredible in between the posts saving Madrid from conceding goals. He ended up winning the man of the match award after making a record nine saves which is the most in a champions league final, six clearances in his own box, three key passes and two key interceptions.Hazard on the other hand might have not played but his dream of leaving Chelsea and winning the champions league title came true yesterday.
Now that he is back from injury and to his level best,he will definitely bring Madrid more trophies come next season.
