The London Marathon has finally came to an end after a Kenyan athlete Jepkosgei emerged the winner in the whole competition. According to the news which was shared on the social media platforms, the Kenyan athlete Jepkosgei won the competition after completing the race in two hours seventeen minutes and some seconds.
According to her, the competition was very tough since the weather was not good in London compared to Kenya. Despite that, it is a good news to the whole country as the hold medal has finally returned back in Kenya. According to the competition results, the world record holder Brigid Kosgei finished fourth in the whole competition. The race was very tough to her but she managed to finish it.
It is now time for the government of Kenya to recognize the athletes who have made our country proud in the whole world. All kenyans should now come together and congratulate the athletes who participated in London Marathon today. Remember to wear mask and maintain social distance so that we can overcome this deadly disease called covid-19 in our country.
