Good News To Chelsea Ahead Of UEFA Champions League Tie vs Juventus As Allegri Confirms Bad News

Chelsea will host Juventus on Wednesday at Stamford Bridge for UEFA Champions League Matchday 2 fixture. Chelsea won their first fixture 1-0 against Zenit St Petersburg with Romelu Lukaku scoring the only goal for the defending Champions. Juventus saw off Malmoe 3_0 at home with stars Paulo Dybala and Alvaro Morata on target to top Group H with 3 points and stronger goal difference of +3 goals compared to 2nd placed Chelsea. Chelsea head into the fixture without Mason Mount, Reece James and Christian Pulisic who are currently injured but they are replaceable by Ziyech, Azipilicueta and Havertz respectively.

Juventus Manager Allegri confirmed that the Bianconeri will be without their top forwarda Alvaro Morata and Paulo Dybala who suffered knock injuries today in their 3-2 Serie A Victory against Sampdoria. Juventus Medical staff will assess both Dybala (left thigh) and Morata (hamstring) at Contessa training ground tommorrow to gauge severity of the injuries and how long they might be sidelined. Juventus will be relying on Moise Kean to shine against Chelsea on Wednesday in the Champions League.
