Manchester United Player Who Managed To Silence Lukaku In Today's Match

The Blues and Manchester United were locking horns as Stamford Bridge as both sides looked forward to grab all the three points by the end of the final whistle. The Red Devils had just sacked their coach Ole Gunnar after a poor performance this season and were looking forward to bounce back to their winning ways.

In that match, the Blues kicked off with constant attack with an aim of getting an early lead. Rudiger almost came close to putting his side in front in the 30th minute but his shot was denied by the woodwork.

The match was all square until in the second half where Jadon Sancho opened his Premier League goal account for Manchester United. Their lead only stood for ten minutes before Wan Bissaka brought Thiago Silva in their penalty box. Jorgihno took the responsibility from the spot as usual and sends De Gea the wrong way to put his side back in front.

This goal gave Chelsea a momentum to attack more in search of the winning goal. They brought in Lukaku and Pulisic so that they can add more attacking depth.

Lukaku had been out for quite a while due to injury and majority had hoped he would come and bounce back to his goal scoring form. Unfortunately, Mac Tomminay wouldn't give him a chance to pass their midfield.

Mac Tomminay made sure Lukaku didn't get a chance because he knew how dangerous he can be. The Belgium international had re-joined Chelsea after shining in the Seria where he helped was second in the top scorer chart.

Today, Mac Tomminay marked him when he was brought in and made sure he didn't get a chance. He blocked all the passes that were directed to him to make sure he didn't score. Lukaku tried all he can but he failed due to the presence of Mac Tomminay.

This now means that Mac Tomminay managed to silence Lukaku in today's match against Chelsea.
