According to sports journalist Charles Watts,Chelsea have agreed with Shakhtar Donetsk for £100 million for Mykhaylo Mudryk. The London side is now pushing on the side of the player.It has been reported that the player will be in London to discuss personal terms ahead of his move.Chelsea are now optimistic that Mudryk will join them despite the player's priority being Arsenal. 
Chelsea are now desperate for attacking players after Joao Felix red card in his debut match.Arsenal had submitted £95 million with add ons included.
