Manchester United fans embarrassed one Barcelona player yesterday. See what they did to him.

The much anticipated match was finally played yesterday night, Manchester United against Barcelona at Old Trafford.

It was a believe from many fans that the red devils would go down in the hands of Barcelona, and couldn't wait to troll the Manchester United fans with all kinds of memes online.

Their wish to see United lose the game was made alive when Barcelona scored first before the halftime.

However, Manchester United responded with a comeback in the second half to score two goals, and eventually winning the game 2-1.

Fred fired United back in the first minutes of the second half before Antony who came on from the bench completed the comeback with a second goal in the 70th minute of the game.

Manchester United fans could not hide their joy as chants dominated the Old Trafford stadium after the game ended.

One of the players who was targeted by the chants was Frankie De Jong of Barcelona.

Chants could be heard all over the stadium with United fans asking Frankie De Jong how the score line was, as the player walked out of the stadium with disbelief how they lost the match.

Frankie De Jong was one of the players Manchester United were targeting to sign last summer, so it is understandable why the home fans targeted him.

Although Barcelona were believed to be prepared to let him go due to their financial constraints, the player was reluctant to leave and join Manchester United with a believe that he was in a better club, and that a switch to Old Trafford for him was unnecessary.

Manchester United fans were not happy that the player they desperately wanted to see playing at Old Trafford rejected them.

Whether the red devils will make another attempt to sign him this summer or not remains to be seen.
