Arsenal Fans Warn Club Not to Buy Player After His Latest Comments

Arsenal are looking to bolster their squad ahead of the new season with some top players linked to the North London based side. Some fans, however, have voiced their concern after the latest comments made by Real Madrid loanee Martin Odegaard.

While speaking in an interview with Sky Germany, Norwegian prodigy Martin Odegaard claimed that he is very happy at the club but his future is at the hands of his parent club Real Madrid.

“I am happy here at Arsenal, we will see after the season what will happen. I’m owned by Real Madrid, so we have to speak to them. It’s important to understand what they want...” he said as quoted by Sports journalist Fabrizio Romano.

His comments did not go well with Arsenal fans with some of them calling on the club not to pursue his signature and give the chance of the playmaker position to Emile Smith Rowe.

Odegaard has featured 18 times for the Gunners in all competitions since his move to the club in January this year. He has bagged two goals with each coming from Premier League and Europa.

Here are what Arsenal fans think about Odegaard over the comments he made:
