2nd Place Bayern Put Five Past 3rd Place Bayer. It's Only First Half

In the ongoing top of the table clash in the German football toplight, 2nd placed Bayern Munich have already scored five past their third placed opponents Bayer Leverkusen.

In what is supposed to be a tight contest of who should go top of the table, Munich are making light work of their opponents with a stellar display that is rarely seen every week.

I mean it is hard to comprehend seeing that Leverkusen have not seen red card and most of their preffered players are on the pitch, and they are playing in their homeground.

We have seen Bayern punish teams in the past but this was utterly unexpected. Lewandowski unlocked the flood gates in the 3rd minute and scored again in the 30th minute to make it 0-2. They then scored three times in the space of seven minutes through Muller and Gnabry to make it 0-5 heading into the break.

Enjoy such kind of football, it does not come around every now and then.
