At the beginning of the 2021/2022 season Chelsea sold their Strikers Tammy Abraham and Olivier Giroud. Abraham joined Roma while Giroud joined AC Milan. Then Chelsea was left with Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner as their main Strikers.
Since the season began, Abraham and Giroud has scored a total of 25 goals in all competitions. Abraham has scored 10 goals and gave 3 assists in Serie A this season while Giroud has scored 7 goals and gave 1 assist for AC Milan in Serie A. This shows that their performance have improved since the left Chelsea.
Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner have scored 15 goals for Chelsea in all competitions this season. Lukaku has scored 9 goals and gave 2 assists for Chelsea while Timo Werner has scored 6 goals and gave 2 assists for Chelsea this season. In the English Premier League, Lukaku has scored 5 goals while Timo Werner has scored 1 goal in the 2021/2022 season.
