Former Harambee Stars winger Mike Wambani has died after an illness. According to Citizen radio journalist Geoffrey Mwamburi alias "beki wa kupanda na kushuka",the Kenyan died this morning after struggling with illness. According to Mwamburi, the winger scored in every stage of his career with the national team Harambee Stars. It is a sorrowful moment for the country as we have lost a football star who represented the country at international levels.He was a good example to young players who have been working their way to the international level.We wish the family all the best and may his sole rest in eternal peace.
