Liverpool are in position number 6 with 43 points after twenty six matches while Chelsea sit just above them (5th) with a single point better than the reds after the same number of games. If Liverpool wins against the blues today, they will move up to number 4 with 46 points. They will leapfrog West Ham United and their today's opponents. On the other hand if the blues win, they will move up to the Fourth position after leapfrogging West ham united who are in 4th position with 45 points.
After Liverpool test, Chelsea will face Everton at Stamford Bridge before travelling to face Leeds united. Before returning to premier league action after those three matches, the blues will face Atletico Madrid in champions league before a FA semifinals showdown against Sheffield united.
There next two will be against West Bromwich Albion and then Crystal palace. Only today's match looks very hard. The other four are winnable matches for the blues.
Liverpool on the other hand, face Fulham at Anfield in their next test.After those two, their next assignment will be away against Wolverhampton followed another away natch against Arsenal at Emirate stadium. Their next clash will see them return to An field to face Aston Villa. All these matches except the match against Fulham will be a mountain for the reds.
