All The Six Manchester United Action-Packed Pre-season Fixtures including Liverpool

Manchester United will play six games in 20 days, across four different countries as they seek the best preparation possible for next term, under new manager Erik Ten Hag. It will be their most action-packed pre-season schedule since the Covid pandemic. Tour 2022 will begin with United jetting away to Thailand from Manchester Airport, where they'll take on arch-rivals Liverpool at the Rajamangala Stadium in Bangkok, in Ten Hag's very first match in charge.

The United squad will be keen to impress new boss, both in the warm-weather training and matches lined up. Following this clash, Man U travel to Australia, where the Reds will face A-League runners-up Melbourne Victory on Friday 15 July at the historic Melbourne Cricket Ground in the first of two matches that will be played at the iconic arena. The stadium can accommodate an incredible 100,000 people.

On Tuesday 19 July, United will be in action at the stadium again, this time against fellow Premier League side Crystal Palace. On Saturday 23 July, Ten Hag's side will face another Premier League foe Aston Villa at Perth's Optus Stadium.

After returning from tour, their pre-season concludes back in Europe, with United playing out an eye watering fixture against Spanish heavy weights Atletico Madrid in Oslo on Saturday 30 July. This will be played in front of this passionate Norwegian fans at the Ullevaal Stadium.

The following day, ETH will be in charge in the famous Old Trafford dugout for the very first time, as they host La Liga side Rayo Vallecano.
