The club new owners were present at the ground and received quite a warm welcome from the fans who can't wait for the transformation with Newcastle now the most rich club in terms of ownership in the league.

However few minutes past the half hour mark, the game had to be stopped after Spurs defender Reguilon spotted a fan on the stands who was in need of quick medical attention.

Reguilon quickly alarted the referee who paused the game as the medical team got up to the fan to try and stabilise him.

The situation got even more serious that the game was suspended with both teams going off the pitch as doctors attended at the fan.

Good news is that the fan was stabilized and taken to hospital for further medical attention but football fans will never forget what Reguilon and Eric Dier need that helped saved that one person's life.
