Chelsea's Romelu Lukaku is poised to start for Chelsea against Manchester United on Saturday. The Blues will face the Red Devils at Stamford Bridge for the first time this season, as both clubs compete for three points. Lukaku will return this weekend after being sidelined for more than four weeks with an injury.
Despite missing the Champions League encounter against Juventus in the middle of the week, the striker returned to training early this week. Lukaku had an ankle injury in October against Malmö in the Champions League, forcing him to miss multiple games, including the World Cup qualifiers.
In Kai Havertz's absence, who has been stepping in as a centre forward in Lukaku's absence, will revert to his natural position as a winger against Manchester United. Chelsea lead the Premier League table and will try to extend their lead with a victory over Manchester United. On the other hand, Manchester United will be hoping to win the game in order to reclaim a Champions League place.
