Arsenal fans are still reeling from the 4-0 thrashing at Anfield last weekend, which ended their 10-game unbeaten streak.
Arteta has the entire week to prepare for Saturday's game against Newcastle at 1530 EAT, which should be about two things: getting back to winning ways and confirming to Willock, Arsenal's £25 million summer sale, that they have moved on from him.
After an impressive loan spell last season in which he impressively scored eight goals in 14 appearances, despite Arteta's initial reluctance to let him go, Willock chose to return to Newcastle on a permanent deal. In the 11 games he has already played, he has yet to score, and while it's too early to tell if he'll be a flop at Newcastle, Newcastle fans may be wondering if their £25 million summer investment was worthwhile.
