Callum Hudson Odoi then added the second goal after Mateo Kovacic gave him a good pass. Reece James also got into the score sheet after Mason Mount gave him a very good pass. The first half ended 3-0 in favor of Chelsea.
Ben Chilwell scored the fourth goal and he was given the assist by Mateo Kovacic. Moments later, Max Aarons scored an own goal that led to the fifth goal of the game. The Blues then got a penalty and Mason Mount converted it.
Ruben Loftus Cheek then gave him another pass and he finished his hattrick. The game ended 7-0 in favor of Chelsea and this helped the team to maintain its top position in the Premier League.
