This weekend some of our players have been doing overtime in the leagues they are playing in. Sporting activities may have been given the green light this weekend following the President's directive but in Kenya there were no league football matches. In light of this for a while many of us have been tracking our local players prospering in the different leagues out there. For this weekend I will focus on Joash Onyango aka the Berlin wall and Masoud Juma as they have been outstanding in their leagues this weekend.
In Ligii Kuu Bara Joash Onyango managed to play the full 90 minutes of Simba's match this weekend. Simba were facing Kagere Sugar. The match was quit entertaining, Simba won 2-1, Simba's goals were scored Erick Mwijage and a former Gor Mahia striker, Meddie Kagere . Simba had to fight for the win as at halftime they were 1 down.
On the other hand Masoud Juma, a Kenyan forward, also played the full 90 minutes for his club's Moroccan league match. Juma plays for Difaa El Jadidi and in the match they won 1-0 against Berrechid. El Jadidi's goal was scored by Mehdi Karnasi.
