Arsenal: Auba Targeted by Marseille, Isak on the Radar Again, Patino's Time to Shine

Alexander Isak

Arsenal will be seeking to rekindle their interest in Real Sociedad center forward Alexander Isak following the breakdown in the transfer negotiations for Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic. Alexander Isak has always been on Arsenal’s radar and it seems that Edu Gasper will be dared to make the impossible happen within the next 6 days. Isak has a €65 Million release clause in his contract with the Spanish club and that means that Arsenal only have to convince the striker to join them in order to trigger the clause.

Alexander Isak recently extended his contract to four years meaning that Real Sociedad are unwilling to negotiate a bargainable transfer fee for the Swedish striker. It will be extremely difficult to pull the deal through but with enough resources, motivation, and accurate plans, the deal might materialize before deadline day.

Pierre Emerick Aubameyang

According to reports from France, Olympique Marseille have shown signs of snatching Aubameyang as it is believed that Aubameyang’s agent has been in close contact with the French club over a potential move for the Gabonese striker. At the moment, Aubameyang is out of reach because he is under medical supervision by Arsenal medical team but will soon be available to be contacted by the French club. Recently, it was revealed that Aubameyang would fancy any team in Europe to join if he had the chance and Marseille could use this opportunity to sign him for a short-term deal.

Arsenal have not yet communicated about Aubameyang’s transfer status but it seems like they are open to considering any worthwhile offers for the striker. Aubameyang has not played in the last 12 Arsenal matches and many don’t know for how long he is going to be out, but fans are hoping that the club’s management will reflect on the club’s current crisis and reintegrate the striker back into the squad.

Charlie Patino

Arsenal Academy star Charlie Patino will be in action tonight as Arsenal’s U21 squad faces Brighton in the semi-finals of the Papa John’s Trophy. Charlie Patino will be among the star players who will be looked at and expected to entertain the crowd throughout the entire 90 minutes. Arsenal are yet to offer him a pro-contract but plans on the same are still underway.
