French club enters the race to sign Chelsea's summer transfer target midfielder.

After a slim 1-0 over Everton in the Premier league matchday one,Tuchel suggested more signings are expected at Stamford Bridge since he isn't statistfied with the current squad. More departures are still expected as Hakim Ziyech and Christian Pulisic are likely to leave if a suitable offer is tabled.

The blues have have lost several summer transfer targets, since Barcelona raided Jules Kounde, Raphinha and Robert Lewandoski who were Thomas Tuchel's priority. Another scenario is on verge of happening as reported by Fabrizio Romano,French club OG Nice have entered the race to sign Cesare Casadei.

Chelsea are still in talks with Chelsea, but Nice have accepted Inter Milan's valuation to include buy back option. Chelsea have been tracking the highly rated midfielder, since they won't accept £8/9m and Milan have turned down two offers.

Todd Boehly is preparing an improved bid for both Cesare and Wesley Faofana this week as well as Frankie De Jong.
