Manchester United forward Jesse Lingard has found his form back since on loan move to West Ham United in January The English international equalized his personal best record in the Premier League of 8 goals which he has achieved at the Hammers with just 9 games.
Lingard scored two goals on Saturday to give West Ham the lead in the second to take his tally to eight goals and now only Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes the only two United players who have netted more times than Lingard in the league this season and he is about to help West Ham qualify for Champions League next season.
Manchester United sent the star on loan due to the personal issues he had which affected his form and Ole Gunnar was not giving him enough game time due to players like Mason Greenwood, Daniel James and Bruno Fernandes who all play in Lingard’s positions.
On the way Jesse has impressed at West Ham it is unlikely United will sell him and he might come back at the side and play mostly the right-wing where United does not have a proper right-winger. Lingard plays as an attacking midfielder or on the right side of the attack and he could bench Daniel James who is not that good on the side.
Bruno will continue playing in the number 10 role while Rashford down the left side. Lingard loves playing with Rashford and this could see the two English stars back together again and it would be remarkable for Manchester United fans to watch their forgotten star back at the side and terrorizing opponents defence.
Lingard is far better than Daniels James who lacks creativity and can not dribble. Mason Greenwood should continue playing as the main striker for United next season which is his natural position. If the three English stars play well together, they could be starting for their country which could see the three United stars playing in the Champions.
