Harambee stars speedy winger Ayub Timbe Masika was not on the matchday squad in the Japanese topflight league as his side ran victorious against Gamba Osaka. Vissel Kobe have been on a winning streak despite losing one of their dependable players Kyoko to Celtic FC. The skillful winger agreed a three years contract with the Scotland giants leaving Vissel Kobe after a four years stay.
Timbe started his life in Japan on a high as he was able to score two goals and three assists in five appearances. However, tje forward seems to be facing some competition in the team as he has recently been frozen to the bench. Today's match saw the winger miss out of the squad completely. We are not yet sure why the forward hasn't been playing of late.
On his day, Timbe can be so reliable to an extend where he can easily score goals solely. The forward will surely have to work extra hard to revive his hopes of playing again for the side. Another notable absentee was Spanish midfielder Adreas Iniesta who is suffering from a knee injury .
The match ended in 2.1 win for Vissel Kobe. We wish Timbe and his teammates well as they continue working hard to achieve their goals.
