Faith Kipyegon maintains her record in 1500 metres in USA

Kenya's Faith Kipyegon who is currently in the United States of America preparing for the diamond league maintained her record in 1500 metres race. The Kenyan olympic gold medalist was happy for the record. Posting on her social media accounts, she thanked prefontaine classic for hosting her. The field track club trains athletes before a major event and Faith Kipyegon is among them.

The lady who hails from Nakuru has two Olympic gold medals and holds the record worldwide. She will be looking forward to the diamond league and will surely win her gold medal for the country as it stands.

The record of 3.53.23 is huge and so far no any one is close to it. She is a humble and hardworking lady. At 27years of age, Faith could enter into Kenya's books of history for bagging gold medals in more than three consecutive international events, including two Olympic gold medals and a one diamond league medal.

We wish her all the best as she works hard. For more news updates tap on the follow link on the top right corner.
