After facing Unai Emery's Villarreal on Thursday in the Europa League semi finals, Arsenal played Newcastle United on Sunday on Match day 34 of the English Premier League as they looked to improve their position in the table before the season ends.
Arsenal got the lead in the 5th minute through their Egyptian Midfielder Mohamed Elneny after his rebound from Aubameyang's shot was blocked. However one Arsenal player caught fans eye especially in the first half. Gabriel Martinelli is the Arsenal player the fans were talking about.
The Brazilian wonderkid who is only 19 years of age was amazing on the left wing against Newcastle with 3 chances created, most of the match in the 1st half.
His pace and dribbling however was the talk of the day even being compared to former Arsenal player Alexis Sanchez. Fans even remembered when Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp described the Martinelli as the 'talent of the century'.
