Kroos has disclosed how difficult it is to play against the Premier League side. The German World Cup winner praised Chelsea's ability to defend as a unit while also attacking quickly in an interview with reporters.

Kroos on Chelsea’s biggest threat: “In my 15 years playing football, I never lost sleep. They showed in Madrid that they play as a team. They have a German coach so that doesn’t surprise me. They defend well and have pace up front, those are their strengths.”

Chelsea was able to expose Real Madrid on several occasions with the aid of incredibly quickly attackers such as Pulisic and Timo Werner, and Kroos believes this is their most lethal attribute.

Chilwell has been seen making jokes and trying to liven things up during training sessions. Ben Chilwell pretended to punch Kurt Zouma when they stepped out onto the training pitch in front of the observing cameras in the days following the Rudiger-Kepa spat. During Chelsea's latest training session, the defender was again playing the joker, teasing Mount by jumping on one leg repeatedly.
