The expected transfer fee is around £80 million plus performance add ons which will see the deal rise to £100 million, £20 million less than what was demanded last summer.
Manchester United fans will be eagerly waiting for the official confirmation as they have yearned to see Sancho link up with Rashford at Old Trafford.
