Kenyan Premier League Set To Resume On December

Kenyan Premier League matches are set to resume on 4th December 2021 after a fruitful meeting between the FKF caretaker committee and all the top-flight clubs who are believed to be in full support of the government's move.

The newly appointed Football Kenya Federation (FKF) caretaker committee led by Justice (Rtd) Aaron Ringera unanimously decided to suspended top-tier leagues in the country for a period of two weeks that started on 12th November 2021.

The suspended leagues include:

1. The FKF Premier League.

2. FKF National Super League.

3. FKF Division One.

4. FKF Women's Premier League.

5. FKF Women's Division 1 League.

The leagues that run under the branches and sub-branches were allowed to continue as normal.

The decision was made to ensure the regularization of Kenyan football and to reassure the fans that the committee will ensure smooth operations of all football activities in the country and beyond.
