What Mourinho said About United That Came To Pass Against Milan in The Europa League Clash

Manchester United produced what was expected of them after coming from Italy with a 1-0 win which was enough for them to proceed to the quarter-finals of the Europa League.

It was a tough game with both teams defending well which saw the first-half ending in a goalless draw.

But after Paul Pogba was introduced to the game in the second half, he ended the drought for goals at San Siro after a fine exchange of passes and a wonder-full finish from the Frenchman.

According to the Mirror, Mourinho had named Pogba and Fernandes as the players who could have carried United to the next round of the tournament.

This came to pass after he sealed the win for United and looked to balance the game when he came on with United being a threat in the second half.

Manchester United are waiting to see the outcome of Friday true and know who they will play against in the quarter-finals as fans demand a trophy this season.
