Arsenal Vs Aston Villa
Arsenal are still in the process of picking themselves up after a disastrous start to the season, but a five game unbeaten streaks in the premier league has silenced same of the critics.
The 'Gunners' used to relish playing on Friday, as before the start of last season they were unbeaten in nine premier league Friday games, before falling to two consecutive Friday defeats since.
A positive results here will put them on the half of the table for the first time this season albeit opponent Aston Villa have the same aspirations and sit just one points and one place behind them.
Aston Villa have struggled to follow up their historic win at Old Trafford last month, loosing their two fixtures since, with the letter loss to Wolverhampton seeing them concede three goals from the 80th minutes onwards as they surrendered a two goal lead. Ending the working week with premier league game hasn't been kind to Villa fans either, as their team have only won two of their ten matches played on a Friday.
