The season is over and Chelsea awaits serious business in the transfer window this Summer. Tuchel is keen to rebuild his squad to enable him to pace Manchester city and Liverpool in the title race. His priority is to restructure the defensive, and further reinforce will also be welcomed.
This season, Chelsea have undergone through several difficulties and injuries has been their major disaster. Tuchel's men had a fine start in the beginning of the season, topping the table, but thier promising run for the title race was cut short by the severe injuries and inadequate depth in the squad.
Despite that, there is something positive from the outgoing season. Chelsea reached four finals in the competitions and won two. According to FBREF, the blues accumulated 40 points in away games and 34 points for the home games. In all the league games for this season, Chelsea scored 76 goals and also conceded 33 making a goal difference of 43. This amount to the fair stats of this season.
Chelsea struggled a bit in front of goals through the campaign, but there are some players who stood up in Shot Creating Chances. Column Hudson Odoi is ranked first with 4.82 SCA per game, followed closely by Hakim Ziyech with 4.34 and finally Mason Mount with 4.22. Kai Havertz misses out the top list despite showing some positive performance towards the end of the season.
