Manchester United has had one of their worst premier league performances this season as they lost by five goals to Liverpool today. It was a very poor performance as they were very exposed defensively and did very little in terms of their attacking output. The result has left many asking questions on whether Manchester United manager Ole Gunner Solskajaer is the right man for the Manchester United job. However, Ole speaking on his post-match interview has answered those questions.
Ole when asked by BBC whether he believes that he is the right person for the job or whether he might consider resigning dismissed the calls saying that he has come from far and doesn’t in any way consider abandoning the job now as he has made very great progress. “I have come too far, we have come too far as a group and we are too close to give up now." He answered.
He went ahead to insist that they will look into the performance and see how they can come back stronger as they are very close to where they should be and this performance should not lower their spirit. "We know we are rock bottom, we can't feel any worse than this. Let's see where we take it." He said.
