The Belgian midfielder has had his most successful season in the Premier League, scoring 15 goals and setting up seven others, including his four goals against Wolves.
On the shortlist of eight players were Mohamed Salah, Heung-Min Son, Bukayo Saka, Joao Cancelo, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Jarrod Bowen, and James Ward-Prowse from Arsenal.
But Mohamed Salah and Heung-Min Son are still in the running for the Golden Boot. Salah has scored one more goal than Son, who plays for Tottenham.
Phil Foden, who plays with Kevin De Bruyne, was voted the best young footballer in the Premier League today. This is the second time in a row that an English man has won the prize.
Do you think Salah should have won the award instead of Kevin De Bruyne? Leave a comment with your thoughts, and don't forget to share. Thanks a lot
