It has been a smooth run for Chelsea under their new coach Thomas, making seven clean sheets at home.

Unfortunately, everything has its fate day. Chelsea had a simple game to play today at home to boost its 4th position in the premier league with 51points. Things turned round at Stamford Bridge as they lost against West Albion 2-5. The team had a poor form and standing at relegation positions on the table. It was a great fight for the Albion today.

It was also noted that 32% of West Albion goals in the premier league this season have come against Chelsea.
Chelsea played the game well with less one player. Silva T was booked twice in the first half and sent out in the 29th minute of the game. This left the Blues under pressure as they missed their most important mid player who went on injury after international matches.
Chelsea will be facing Porto on Wednesday for quarter final champions league. The coach said he will be prepared enough to win the game despite the home defeat.
