Chelsea are expected to complete a squad overhaul this summer transfer window and have already been linked to several players. Manager Tuchel has highlighted his desire to strengthen his squad ahead of the new season so that he will be able to compete with the likes of reigning league champions for the league title next season.
One of the players who have been linked to the Blues is Sassuolo's Manuel Locatelli, whose playing style has been likened to Chelsea's star player N'Golo Kante. The Italian international has been mentioned as a transfer target for the blues and has expressed his desire to leave the Italian side.
Chelsea want him as a midfield partner foe N'Golo Kante and the likes of Manchester City are also interested according to reports from SomtoSport. According to Sassuolo CEO, the club would only make clear decisions after the Euro competition but very much likey he would leave the club this summer.
Speaking on Locatelli’s future, Giovanni Carnevali said; “We’ll decide after the Euros, we want to make Manuel happy [letting him leave this summer].Many clubs from top European leagues are interested in him.”So what do you think about this?Like, comment, share and follow.
