Manager Pep Guardiola issued some comments about the premier League top players that could come true as the league campaign progresses.
Guardiola said their is overload for big names in the football world as he slammed football authorities for not considering the welfare of the top players.
Guardiola was much concerned with player fitness given the high number of games every season revealing it wouldn't be easy to keep them fit for the all season.
And this could come true as things stand now. And it has started with Manchester United who are without Raphael Varane and Harry Maguire. The United duo has suffered injury blow within a short time just the way Guardiola said.
And there is a big worry that other top players in the Premier League will face the same due to lack of enough time to prepare for the next game.
This comes at a time when top clubs are not happy with the number of games they play every season and they want it rectified to help the players.
Both Maguire and Varane are doubts for the Premier League clash against Leicester City next weekend. And ours is to wait and see what could happen.
