After Werner Ended his Goal Drought Lets Look at Strikers signed in the Abramovich Era's 1st Season

Chelsea football club is one of the best clubs in the world and one of top six sides in England plying their trade in the English top tier, the English premier league.They are also one of the most successful clubs in England in the past two decades.

The club has however had a mixed fortunes for strikers signed under the Roman Abramovich Era.The Chelsea owner has always been a big spender with most of these players signed becoming record breakers for a transfer.

Diego Costa (2014-15)

He went on to make a total of 37 appearance, starting on 32 occasions, making just 5 sub appearances, scoring 20 goals in the process and assisting 5 times.He scored 1 penalty and therefore has a record of 147 minutes per goal.He had the best 1st season than the rest of the players on this list.

Alvaro Morata (2017-18)

He made a total of 48 appearances, starting 30 times, making a total of 18 sub appearances, scoring 15 goals in the process and assisting 6 times.He scored 0 penalties and has a record of 186 minutes per goal.
