The Mistakes Jurgen Klopp Did Against Leeds As Reds Drop Crucial Points

Liverpool went into the clash against Leeds United at position 6 with 52 points. They needed all the 3 points to leapfrog both West Ham United and Chelsea before Chelsea take on Brighton Albion today.

Liverpool manager named a retentively strong team. What astonished may fans is the fact that Liverpool talisman and English premier league top scorer Mohammed Salah was left on the bench. This mistake proved costly as the reds were held to a 1-1 draw in the 87th minute through Diego Llorente. Klopp choosing to start Firmino as number nine and on form Diogo Jota from the flanks wasn't a good idea either.

The third mistake he did is choosing to go with the misfiring Firmino. Actually many Liverpool fans can't remember the last time Roberto Firmino scored a goal yet he has played more games than any other Liverpool player. Firmino missed glorious chances to put Liverpool ahead in the first have. In the second half, Leeds united were more brave on their efforts were rewarded when they equalised and got a point from a loosing end.

Liverpool now find themselves on the same place (6th) with 53 points with only 5 matches to go. Is Jurgen Klopp blowing up Liverpool's chance to finish in top four ? Meanwhile like, share and comment.
