Harambee Stars headcoach has today hit on the referee who officiated in the match against Mali for decisions that might have affected the outcome of the match. This was in a post match interview with Journalists today.
The Head coach added that the National team would be more effective if structures were put for the longtime project. This is to develop young and quality players for the future.
Firat also wondered how Kenyan strikers that is Olunga Michal and the rest including Muchiri couldn't make use of the numerous goalscoring chances that they got while Mali only got one chance and utilised it.That was the only goal of the match.
It still remains unclear whether Firats contracto would be extended considering the fact that he he got just some days remaining to the end of his two month contract. However having gotten two out of two defeats, definitely it wouldn't make sense extending his contract.
