Liverpool's ambitions to climb to the top four in the Premeir league was shattered after they were held to a 1-1 stalemate by Leeds at Elland Road on Monday night.
Although Leeds dominated possession, the Reds took the lead in the 31st minute courtesy of Sadio mane and Klopp's side seemed to have secured the crucial 3 points. But their joy was cut short late in the match with Diego Llorente scoring an 87th minute equaliser to salvage a point for European hopefuls Leeds.
The draw extended Liverpool's unbeaten streak to 4 successive league matches, but they're still languishing 6th in the PL table with 53 points, only 3 points adrift 3rd placed Leicester. The top four finish is Klopp's main priority as we approach the latter stages of the league.
Will Liverpool secure a top four finish? Check out their remaining 6 PL fixtures;
Liverpool will welcome Newcastle at the Etihad in an entertaining PL match on Saturday before they take on Manchester United(A), Southampton (H), Westbrom(A), Burnley(A) and end their domestic campaign with Crystal Palace(H).
The only difficult test the Reds have in these fixtures is their bitter rivals Manchester United who can stand as a major obstacle in their ambitions to finish in the Champions league places. However the rest of the games are easy and considering Liverpool's current rejuvenation we fancy them to earn maximum points here and probably climb above Westham and Chelsea to finish 4th in the table.
