Christian Pulisic Breaks UCL Record, Bayern Munich To Play Germany In A Friendly Match

Bayern Munich are set to play the German national team in a friendly this year, with all of the proceeds of the match going to Bayern as compensation for Hansi Flick’s departure.

Karim Benzema has scored his 71st goal in the UEFA Champions League, making him the joint-fourth top scorer in the competition’s history (along with Raúl). Only Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Robert Lewandowski have now scored more than the Frenchman.

Real Madrid had just one shot on target today, a moment of brilliance from Benzema. Chelsea had plenty of chances, and dominated large parts of the game. Chelsea have the advantage, and should be confident.

Arsenal are yet to hold contract extension talks with David Luiz. The defender will hit free agency in the summer if no fresh terms are discussed at the Gunners. (Source: Standard Sport)

Christian Pulisic becomes the first American man to score in a Champions League semi-final.
