Tunisia taking a draw meant they have broken a 44 year curse of not keeping a clean sheet.
Tunisia's last 14 international tournament games saw the team concede 25 goals, but they now have a clean sheet in the competition for the first time.
According to Afro Sport, the Tunisians surprised many with their starting lineup for the game, as forward Wahbi Khazri was left on the bench despite directly contributing to his country's last four goals on the World Cup stage.
The replacement for Khazri Issam Jebali's nifty footwork caused Denmark problems early in the match, but his eventual shot was blocked.Christian Eriksen remained largely unnoticed in his return to major tournament football after nearly dying on the field at the European Championship last year, wilting in the face of ferocious defending.
However Tunisia has never reached the World Cup knockout stages in five previous attempts, but a point at Education City Stadium and how they performed against the fancied Danes will be encouraging.
