World Cup Fixtures 28 November

The World Cup season is here. After enjoying intense fixtures yesterday, we go again today. We saw Costa Rica bouncing back after the 7-0 Spain Humiliation.

The South Americans were written off by almost everyone but kept their qualifying hopes alive by scoring with their only shot on target to sink Japan.

Morocco's celebrations were cut short just before the break after VAR intervention but that did not stop the Atlas Lions from making history. They stunned World ranked second Belgium to keep their qualifying hopes alive.

Croatians ran riot past Canada by putting four goals past their net to win 4-1. Andrej Kramaric earned a brace. The final fixture was between heavyweights Germany and Spain which ended in a 1-all stalemate.

Group G and Group H second group stage fixtures are scheduled for today. Cameroon will kick start today's schedule by hosting Serbia at the Al Janoub Stadium at 1300hrs GMT+3.

At 1600hrs GMT+3, South Korea will be hosting the Black Stars at Education City Stadium. T

he evening fixtures will be hosted at Stadium 974 and Lusail Stadium where Brazil v Switzerland and Portugal v Uruguay will be played at 19:00 and 22:00 respectively.
