Secondly, there players who have been at the club in a long period of time. Like Xhaka, Kieran, Elneny, Rob Holding, Leno, Saka and Rowe. But very few can be a leader in that team. With possibility of Xhaka and the Scottish International Kieran could do.
Third, these is where Arteta will be required to make a tough example and decision. As the likes of Kieran as well as Xhaka must be the next in line for the captain duties. Therefore if Xhaka doesn't leave, in summer then he may be the permanent Arsenal captain.
