Manchester City and Chelsea are the only remaining English clubs which are in the Champions League last four. The two sides have been impressive in the competition and there are high chances the treble can go back to England this season.
Both Pep Guardiola and Thomas Tuchel are some of the finest managers in Europe who are known for building great dominant teams from their times in the Bundesliga. Chelsea is playing Real Madrid while Manchester City plays French champions PSG.
Chelsea already played their first leg match against Real Madrid last night which ended in a 1-1 draw while the Citizens are yet to play Paris tonight. Both English sides are facing tough opponents but after Chelsea’s match against Real Madrid, it is clear the west London side has the best chance of getting to the final than Manchester City.
They already have an away and from the way they played they were the better side than the Los Blancos who have been struggling since the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo. Chelsea is hardly conceding goals and we might see Real Madrid failing to score any at Stamford Bridge.
Pep might fail to beat the high attacking PSG who recently eliminated Bayern Munich, the same fate might be waiting for Manchester City. They have a very great squad but against Borussia Dortmund, we saw high they would have lost if Borussia were a better team.
If Chelsea makes through to the final, they might face PSG in the final which would be one of the most exciting finals in the history of the competition as Tuchel will be facing his former employers.
