All Eyes on Harambee Stars Coach as He Aims at Securing His First Win on Thursday Against Uganda

Good evening and welcome to my daily sports updates.Tap on the follow link on the top right corner if you haven't done so to receive more news updates. Welcome.

After recalling the two veteran defenders, Musa Mohamed and David Ochieng, Engin Firat will be expected to win his first ever match as a Harambee stars coach since taking over from Jacob Ghost Mulee. Firat has so far lost two matches against Mali in two legged clash. However, Firat will bank on the veteran defenders to provide cover for goalkeeper Ian Otieno. Miss Mohamed featured for Kenya in the Africa cup of nations held in Egypt, it will be nice to see him partner Joseph Okumu in the heart of central defence.

On the other hand, David "Cheche "Ochieng will be making a return to the international stage after several years of absence. The two players have all the experience to help the young players achieve their goal. Elsewhere, Left back Eric Ouma was in the team of the week in Sweden after providing an assist as well as defending well over the weekend. Ouma has been in outstanding form in Sweden so far, he could be among the best players for AIK this season.

We wish the team all the best ahead of the World Cup qualifiers. For more news updates tap on the follow link on the top right corner.
