Manchester United football club has continued to witness huge success on the football pitch since Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took over at Old Trafford. The United legend has successfully steered the United ship in the right direction as he looks to build a successful team reminiscent of Sir Alex Furguson's teams.
United is currently in the second position in the premier league and has already qualified for the Europa League quarter-final after they knocked out AC Milan last night.
During Thursday's match, United began the match on a very slow tempo with Milan creating most of the chances in the first half. The introduction of Paul Pogba in place of Rashford at halftime no doubt improved United immediately.
Pogba's performance no doubt impressed many but it was the solidity of Swedish Ice Man Victor Lindelof that has left many fans talking. Against a Pacy AC Milan side, Lindelof was a monster at the back defending diligently while at the same time offering a great channel going forward.
Lindelof completed 3 successful take-ups on as he looked to overlap into the final third looking for goals.
His positioning was excellent throughout the match as he kept the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Co at bay. Meanwhile, share with us your thoughts on the matter kindly.
